Matthew has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry spanning valuation, property development, project management and asset management. He has a diverse range of property skills and strong business acumen which will ensure a high level of client satisfaction and financial performance. He specialises in all facets of commercial, industrial and residential development and management.

 

Matthew has delivered projects in excess of AUD$1Bn end sale value across these sectors. Matthew has extensive property investment and development experience working with large national development companies including Peet Limited, Australand (now Frasers Property Group) and syndicator Primewest.

Billy is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years working experience in Australia and Europe. Within Australia, Billy has held senior roles within the Pre-Contracts Departments of Tier 1, 2 and 3 builders in Australia.

 

His roles have spanned across all sectors of commercial construction with a large proportion of his experience using the ECI D&C procurement model.

 

Billy is a highly motivated commercial professional with excellent leadership and people management skills with the experience to manage business and project teams of varying skill levels and disciplines as well as interfacing with client and consultant teams at the most senior level.
